Palmistry-Rank is the summation of Google PageRank, Yahoo External Backlinks, and @Alexa Traffic Rank:

What is Google PageRank?
PageRank reflects Google's view of the importance of web pages by considering more than 500 million variables and 2 billion terms. Pages that Google believes are important pages receive a higher PageRank and are more likely to appear at the top of the search results. PageRank also considers the importance of each page that casts a vote, as votes from some pages are considered to have greater value, thus giving the linked page greater value. Important pages receive a higher PageRank and appear at the top of the search results. Google's technology uses the collective intelligence of the web to determine a page's importance. There is no human involvement or manipulation of results, which is why users have come to trust Google as a source of objective information untainted by paid placement.
Regarding the Palmistry-Rank: REAL VALUES - for example: if the google pagerank of a domain name is '1', this results in '+1' score.

What is Yahoo External Backlinks?
An external backlink is a link to a specific page from outside of that page's own domain. Yahoo has much better reporting for backlinks than Google. It's possible that Google uses a better index of backlinks for its internal ranking calculations, but their public reporting of backlinks is basically worthless.
Regarding the Palmistry-Rank: every amount of 100 external backlinks in yahoo results in a '+1.0' score - for example: if a domain name has 150 external backlinks in yahoo, this results in a '+1.5' score.

What is @Alexa Traffic Rank?
The traffic rank is based on three months of aggregated historical traffic data from millions of Alexa Toolbar users and is a combined measure of page views and users (reach). As a first step, Alexa computes the reach and number of page views for all sites on the Web on a daily basis. The main Alexa traffic rank is based on the geometric mean of these two quantities averaged over time (so that the rank of a site reflects both the number of users who visit that site as well as the number of pages on the site viewed by those users).
Regarding the Palmistry-Rank: an Alexa traffic rank of x.y00.000 results in a '+ (10.0-x.y)' score - for example: if a domain name has a Alexa traffic rank of 1.500.000, this results in a '+8.5' score.
